24connect Files lets customers upload files and share them with recipients via links. Features depend on the chosen plan.
You may not use the service to distribute malware, illegal content or material that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend transfers that violate these terms.
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability, excluding announced maintenance. Status information is published at /status.
You remain the owner of your files. Transfers are deleted at expiry; we are not obliged to keep copies beyond that date.
Fees are charged in advance per billing period. Plans can be cancelled at the end of each period.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich.
