About us

24connect started in 2022 as an internal tool for a post-production studio that was tired of sending hard drives by courier.

Today we are a team of six in Zürich. We build and run 24connect Files on our own hardware and we are funded by customers, not investors. That lets us stay small, keep prices stable and say no to features that would require tracking people.

What we care about

• Predictable service. Fast downloads, no surprise limits, a status page that tells the truth.
• Privacy by default. We don't run ads or analytics. We only store what's needed to deliver your files.
• Real support. Emails are answered by the people who build the product, usually within a few hours on working days.

Working with us

We are not hiring right now, but we are always happy to hear from people who care about reliable infrastructure. Write to hello@24connect.space.
