This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or use 24connect Files, and why.
Our web server records the IP address, time, requested page and browser type for security purposes. These logs are deleted after 14 days. We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising.
For customers we store account data (name, email, company, billing address), the files you upload and metadata about transfers (file names, sizes, recipients, download times). This data is needed to provide the service and to invoice you.
When someone downloads a transfer, we record the time and IP address so the sender can receive a download receipt.
All data is stored in Switzerland. We do not transfer personal data to countries without an adequate level of data protection.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@24connect.space. Processing is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
